RETURNS + EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS FORM
OUR RETURNS POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
a) We will only exchange or refund if notified immediately (48 hours from delivery) on garments that have a production fault or do not fit as long as they have not been worn or washed.
b) ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORISED BY US, WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A AUTHORISATION NUMBER ALONG WITH A RETURNS FORM TO FILL OUT AND SEND WITH YOUR ITEM.
c) We DO NOT provide a free of charge delivery service on EXCHANGE ITEMS; buyers will be advised of the postage cost.
d) IF YOU HAVE APPLIED FOR A REFUND, WE WILL NOT REFUND THE POSTAGE INCURRED BY US. BUYERS WILL BE ADVISED OF THE TOTAL REFUND OFFERED.
FOR EXAMPLE, PRICE OF POSTAGE + 25p FOR PACKAGING WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
e) Always check individual measurements given on our listings as sizes do vary.
f) We take NO responsibility for garments that have been damaged or lost whilst in transit by the delivery service.
g) ALL REFUNDS WILL BE CREDITED BACK TO THE CARD HOLDERS ACCOUNT.
